Each session is 60 minutes and focused on:

The AF360 Personal Training Program is available for individual overall health improvement. Work one-on-one with a NASM Certified Personal Trainer or join a group class for more community support.

The AF360 Training Pickleball Program is designed specifically for pickleball players who want to improve agility, strength, endurance, and movement efficiency while reducing the risk of injury. Training takes place in our performance gym and on our dedicated pickleball court for a complete sport-specific experience.
